We’re looking for a Senior Solutions Consultant to own the technical and strategic narrative for our most complex enterprise opportunities. This goes far beyond product demos: you’ll translate YOOBIC’s AI capabilities into clear, measurable business outcomes for VP- and C-level buyers while helping raise the bar across our Solutions Consulting team.

• Strategic Influence: You’ll shape complex enterprise opportunities from discovery through to close, partnering closely with Account Executives and Account Managers.

• The AI Edge: You’ll help leading brands understand how responsible, explainable AI can improve store execution, sales performance and frontline productivity.

• Executive Exposure: You’ll work with senior retail, operational, IT and AI stakeholders, connecting technical capability to a compelling business case.

• Visible Impact: Your customer and market insight will influence our Product, AI and Engineering roadmaps.

• Team Multiplier: You’ll create repeatable assets, contribute to enablement and help strengthen best practices across the wider Solutions Consulting team.

• Lead Complex Opportunities: Own the technical and value strategy for enterprise deals, guiding discovery, solution design, validation and executive alignment.

• Build the Business Case: Create persuasive narratives that connect YOOBIC’s capabilities to measurable operational and commercial outcomes.

• Establish AI Trust: Explain how YOOBIC uses operational data, benchmarking and AI to generate reliable, responsible and actionable recommendations.

• Navigate Technical Stakeholders: Translate concepts such as LLM behaviour, security architecture and API integrations for both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Strengthen Enterprise Confidence: Own RFI and RFP responses and lead security conversations with customer IT, legal and procurement teams.

• Connect Customer and Product: Partner with Product, AI and Engineering, and Professional Services to bring customer needs and market insight into our roadmap.

• Scale What Works: Build reusable demonstrations, value frameworks and enablement materials that improve the quality and consistency of our pre-sales approach.

• The Enterprise Pre-Sales Expert: You bring 5+ years in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering or a similar pre-sales role, with a track record of closing complex enterprise SaaS deals at $200k+ ACV.

• The Technical Translator: You can explain AI, analytics, security and integrations in a way that is credible to technical teams and meaningful to business leaders.

• The Executive Storyteller: You can build and deliver a clear narrative for everyone from frontline operators to VP- and C-level stakeholders.

• The AI Practitioner: You understand the practical opportunities and limitations of AI and can build trust with customers evaluating AI-powered solutions.

• The Commercial Partner: You work closely with sales teams, understand deal strategy and know how to connect product capability to customer value.

• The Collaborator: You’re low-ego, adaptable and comfortable tailoring your approach to stakeholders with very different levels of technical and AI fluency.

• The Builder: You’re energised by pace and ambiguity and enjoy creating the assets, processes and best practices that help a team scale.

• The Customer Advocate: You remain focused on solving meaningful customer problems and achieving measurable outcomes.

• Experience within retail, grocery, telecoms, hospitality or another frontline-heavy industry.

• Knowledge of large-scale retail or frontline operations.

• Familiarity with recommendation systems, LLM frameworks or the retail technology ecosystem.

• Experience in a high-growth start-up or an early Solutions Consulting or Sales Engineering team.

• Fluency in sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC or Challenger.

• Business-level Spanish.
