Bilingual (English & Chinese) Supply Chain Specialist

Job description The candidate shall be responsible for performing a wide array oftasks inSupply Chainincluding procurement, shipping, receiving and warehousing.Additionaldutiesmay include cost control management,equipment maintenanceand other operational duties.The candidate is expected tobecompliantwith GXPregulationsand be familiar with operational databases like WMS and ERP.The candidateis also expectedto effectively interactwith all levels of internal staff including PD/QC/QA,GMP team,BD teamand external suppliers. Responsibilities Procurement and supplier management:Procuring materials, managing order prices and quantities, andidentifyingandmaintaininggoodrelationships with suppliers. Logistics and distribution:Coordinating shipments, managing transportation and storage, andgenerating SOPs for shipping and cold chain management. Receiving andinventory management:receiving and inspecting incomingmaterialsand equipment,maintaining inventoryof consumables,distributingmaterials, and making records according toprocedures. Processrecord andoptimization:On-time recordingtransactions, analyzing supply chain data, resolving issues, improving processes, and identifying opportunities to reduce costs. Other duties:Equipment maintenance,costconsolidation,forecasting demand, andotheroperationaldutiesrequiredby the company. Qualifications A bachelor's degree inSTEM,Logisticsor Supply Chainwith a minimum of two years of relevantexperience. Attention to detailsis critical. Market knowledge, adaptability, and negotiation skills Ability to manage multiple activities in parallel. Bilingual (English and Mandarin) is highly desired Strong communication and analytical skills required. Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel. Ability to prioritize work and meet strict deadlines.
