We are committed to building a collaborative team environment where employee-owners are encouraged to grow professionally, take on meaningful responsibility, and contribute to the continued success of the organization.Key Responsibilities:Conduct geotechnical investigations, including site visits, soil sampling, and laboratory testing, to assess subsurface conditions;Conduct field inspections and monitoring during construction to ensure compliance with geotechnical design recommendations and material specifications;Prepare geotechnical reports, including data interpretation, analysis, and recommendations, to communicate findings to clients and project stakeholders;Assist in the preparation of project proposals, cost estimates, and construction specifications related to geotechnical engineering; andStay updated with industry trends, codes, and regulations related to geotechnical engineering, and apply this knowledge to enhance project outcomes.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field;EIT certification is highly preferred;0-3+ years of relevant experience in geotechnical engineering, including field investigations, laboratory testing, and geotechnical analysis;Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and analyze geotechnical data;Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present technical information to clients and project teams;Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously; andProfessional certifications a plus (ACI, ICC, etc.).Salary Range$60,000 - $80,000 USDBenefits eligibility is dependent on full-time employment status.Whitestone's Employee Stock Ownership Program (offered at no cost to each eligible employee)Medical InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsuranceHealth & Dependent Care Flexible Spending AccountsTraditional & Roth 401K Plans with Company MatchLong Term & Short Term Disability InsuranceCompany-Sponsored Life & AD&D InsuranceMultiple AFLAC Insurance ProductsPet InsuranceIdentity Theft ProtectionGroup Legal PlanMultiple Corporate Discount ProgramsEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Whitestone Associates, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not tolerate unlawful discrimination in its employment practices.
