About the Role – PM Pack Team Member As a member of our PM Pack Team, you’ll help ensure our baked goods are packaged accurately and efficiently. You'll play a vital role in maintaining quality and meeting daily production goals. This position requires strong attention to detail, teamwork, and a commitment to continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Package baked goods according to quality and safety standards Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Collaborate with team members to solve problems and improve processes Monitor output and quality; make adjustments as needed What We’re Looking For High school diploma or equivalent Experience in packaging, production, or manufacturing preferred Detail-oriented and reliable Able to take feedback and work well in a team Bonus Skills Familiarity with automated packaging equipment Basic knowledge of quality control Multi-lingual: English, Spanish, Haitian Creole, French Join our passionate team and help deliver joy—one package at a time.
