Salesforce Administrator
We are seeking a Salesforce Administrator to support the configuration, enhancement, and ongoing maintenance of our Salesforce environment. This role will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, secure, and user-friendly Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Focused on SF basic to advanced configuration, Flows, CI/CD processes, setup sharing and visibility fundamentals, add fields, permission sets, objects, update layouts, design app pages, etc.
We are seeking a Salesforce Administrator to support the configuration, enhancement, and ongoing maintenance of our Salesforce environment. This role will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, secure, and user-friendly Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform basic through advanced Salesforce configuration.
- Create and maintain custom fields, objects, record types, validation rules, and page layouts.
- Design and update Lightning record pages, home pages, and application pages.
- Build, test, troubleshoot, and maintain Salesforce Flows and other declarative automation.
- Configure permission sets, permission-set groups, profiles, roles, sharing rules, and organization-wide defaults.
- Apply Salesforce sharing, security, and data-visibility fundamentals to protect information and provide appropriate user access.
- Support user setup, access management, and troubleshooting.
- Participate in CI/CD processes, including source control, deployment pipelines, sandbox management, testing, and release coordination.
- Build and configure reports and dashboards
- Assist with data imports, updates, cleansing, and quality management.
- Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, deployments, and system changes.
- Follow Salesforce development, security, and governance best practices.
- Hands-on experience administering and configuring Salesforce.
- Experience creating Flows and declarative Salesforce solutions.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce objects, fields, relationships, layouts, Lightning pages, and automation.
- Knowledge of Salesforce security, sharing, permissions, and data-visibility models.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CI/CD, source control, sandbox, testing, and deployment processes.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
- Salesforce Administrator certification preferred.
