This Supervisor will have a consistent schedule 4 Days/Week with the hours of 3 PM to 1 AM. Join a family-owned organization who has been in business for over 100 years. Base pay $65,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr Responsibilities Build a strong, motivated production team capable of consistently delivering high quality products against aggressive production targets Assign work to unionized hourly workforce and holding employees accountable for following processes pertaining to daily work assignments in terms safety, quality, and throughput Completes Daily Operation Checklist Interprets company policies to workers and enforces safety regulations and shop rules plant wide. Maintains housekeeping administrative standards throughout production department. Interprets work instructions to workers, and assigns duties. Assigns overtime for production workers. Note: 4 Day/Week schedule with 3 PM - 1 AM shift.
