About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Sales to lead the expansion of its digital assets core banking platform in the US and Canadian markets. This role is pivotal in the company's growth, as the successful candidate will be responsible for owning the US number, sourcing, running, and closing new business with a focus on banks, fintechs, exchanges, and digital asset businesses. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in selling complex infrastructure or financial technology, particularly in regulated markets, and will be adept at orchestrating the enterprise buying cycle. The role demands a self-directed individual who can operate in an environment with significant ambiguity, and who is capable of building and scaling a sales playbook. Technical fluency to engage with engineers and security architects, as well as a strong understanding of digital assets and their market trajectory, are essential. Candidates for the Vice President of Sales position at the company should be prepared to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, and be ready to take on the challenge of defining and executing the sales strategy in the US market. The role requires a professional with the ability to engage at all levels of a financial institution, from the C-suite to technical teams, and to represent the company at industry events and conferences. A successful candidate will have a real point of view on digital assets, a network of relationships across US and Canadian institutions, and the experience to feed market demands back to the product team.
