Vice President of Sales

Our client is a growing SaaS company that enables healthcare and insurance organizations to operate virtual care services without having to build the underlying technology. They are looking to hire a VP of Sales as they continue expanding into the pharmaceutical and life sciences markets to build, scale, and lead the revenue organization. You'll be responsible for people, pipeline, process, and revenue performance while partnering with executive leadership to define and execute our go-to-market strategy.Job Title VP of SalesLocation Remote, USResponsibilitiesOwn company revenue goals and the sales funnel from lead generation through closed business.Lead mentor, and grow a team of high-performing Account Executives while recruiting top sales talent as the organization scales.Build and scale a best-in-class outbound sales organization, including ideal customer profile development, territory planning, account targeting, messaging, sequencing, and execution.Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for pharmaceutical and life sciences organizations, navigating complex buying committees, procurement processes, and compliance requirements.Own the sales technology stack, including CRM, sales engagement platforms, and intent data tools while measuring key performance indicators including pipeline coverage, conversion rates, sales cycle, average contract value (ACV), and quota attainment.Collaborate with Product and Customer Success to improve customer feedback loops, increase retention, and drive expansion revenue.Personally manage and close strategic enterprise opportunities while leading by example.Qualifications8+ years of SaaS sales experience with at least 4 years managing sales teams.Must have experience selling Saas products into pharmaceutical, life sciences, and healthcare organizations.Demonstrated success building outbound sales programs from the ground up, including targeting, messaging, sequencing, and performance measurement.Strong expertise in sales operations, forecasting, funnel analytics, CRM management, and modern sales technologies.Existing relationships within pharmaceutical or life sciences organizations.Experience transforming a founder-led sales organization into a repeatable, metrics-driven revenue engine.Compensation:$375,000 OTEBaseBonusCommissionAdditional Information:Toapply, please contact View email address on click.appcast.io
