This role is part of our Product Design team that uses empathy to understand and apply user and customer needs, with the mission to create product experiences they love. We collaborate closely with engineering and product management from the start. Responsibilities Lead end‑to‑end design for Identity Security cross‑product platform initiatives, from discovery through high‑fidelity delivery, spanning AI product surfaces, design systems, and key strategic investments. Define and evolve design systems and frameworks that scale across multiple product domains, establishing token structures, component definitions, and usage guidelines that serve as the source of truth for product teams. Drive UX, interaction design, and visual quality for AI/ML product/platform experiences including generative AI surfaces, intelligent workflows, and agentic interfaces. Architect and evolve the design system to be AI‑ready, building the data pipelines and automation that enable seamless design‑to‑code workflows at enterprise scale. Partner with Designers, Product Managers, and Engineers to align direction, unblock decisions, and ensure design intent is realized in production. Own and continuously raise the quality bar for design processes across Platform and AI product pods. Preferred Qualifications 10+ years of product design experience with a portfolio that shows the thinking, tradeoffs, and impact, not just the final screens. A deep love for visual craft. You sweat typography, spacing, and polish because you know that separates good from memorable. Fluent across the full design spectrum, from broad user journey to micro‑interaction, from UX strategy to pixel‑level execution. You thrive making complex enterprise products feel simple, turning sophisticated B2B problems into experiences users enjoy. Experience with large enterprise SaaS products with complex data, workflow, or platform problems; comfortable in deep, ambiguous problem spaces. Experience designing AI‑assisted workflows and platform features; understand how to make AI feel useful and trustworthy, not overwhelming. Hands‑on experience building or scaling design systems with token pipelines, Figma variables, or design‑to‑code tooling at enterprise scale. A true engineering and product partner. Basic Qualifications BA/BS degree or higher in Design, Design Communication, Human‑Computer Interaction, or equivalent combination of education and experience in related fields. Experience participating in the complete product development lifecycle of web and/or software applications. Experience in user experience design or industry experience (corporate, software, web or agency). For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $190,900 - $334,100 , plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits.
