Production Supervisor

Join our manufacturing team as a Production Supervisor and lead operations on the floor to ensure product quality, safety, and team performance. Youll oversee daily production activities, coordinate schedules, monitor KPIs, and work closely with other departments to meet goals and maintain a safe and efficient environment.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide production employees to meet daily targets.
• Monitor and maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Coordinate production schedules and assign work to team members.
• Troubleshoot issues and work with maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Train, coach, and evaluate team performance.
• Maintain accurate production reports and documentation.
• Communicate with leadership and other departments to align priorities.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher is a plus.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or production.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and GMP.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
