Education Level2 Year Degree## Foster Parent Recruiter – Community Outreach & Sales**Use Your Passion for People to Make a Meaningful Impact**Pathway Caring for Children is seeking a dynamic and community-driven Foster Parent Recruiter to lead outreach and recruitment efforts across Northeast Ohio, with a focus on Cuyahoga County.In this role, you will build relationships, engage the community, and inspire individuals and families to become foster parents—helping children find safe, stable, and supportive homes.**What You’ll Do*** Develop and implement recruitment and outreach strategies to increase foster parent inquiries* Plan and lead community events, information sessions, and outreach activities* Build partnerships with schools, faith-based organizations, and community groups* Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and messaging* Track and analyze recruitment data to improve results* Represent Pathway at community events and networking opportunities* Engage and inspire individuals through relationship-building and communication* Work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends**Compensation**$22–$24 per hour, based on experience.**Work Location Requirement**It is suggested that candidates reside in or be able to regularly travel throughout Cuyahoga County and surrounding Northeast Ohio counties.## What We’re Looking For* Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Social Services, or related field—or equivalent experience* Experience in sales, outreach, recruiting, or community engagement preferred* Strong communication, public speaking, and relationship-building skills* Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently* Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout Northeast Ohio* Flexibility for evening and weekend events* Cultural sensitivity and trauma-informed understanding**Key Skills & Strengths*** Community outreach and engagement* Relationship-building and networking* Persuasive communication and presentation* Organization and follow-through* Ability to work in a fast-paced, community-facing role**What Success Looks Like*** Increased number of qualified foster parent inquiries* Growth in licensed foster families* Strong community partnerships generating referralsAt Pathway, compassion and strong relationships are at the core of our work.
