Inside Account Executive

The Wholesale Inside Account Executive (AE) is responsible for generating new business and maintaining relationships with mortgage brokers, correspondents, and other lending partners. This role requires proactive sales outreach, industry expertise, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service to expand market share and achieve production goals. The Inside AE will play a key role in promoting products, supporting clients throughout the lending process, and providing market insights to ensure competitive positioning. Duties And Responsibilities Make a minimum of 65 outbound calls daily to generate sales leads and cultivate new broker relationships. Identify, pursue, and onboard new broker and correspondent partners to increase market penetration and drive loan production. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by managing a robust pipeline of loans from origination through closing. Ensure all partner activities comply with industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards. Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company’s products, pricing, and underwriting guidelines, as well as competitor offerings and market trends. Requirements 3+ years of experience in mortgage lending (wholesale preferred) or a similar sales role within the finance industry. Strong sales and relationship-building skills with a consultative approach. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Familiarity with wholesale lending products, rate sheets, and mortgage underwriting processes.
