Benefits Flexible schedule Free food & snacks Opportunity for advancement About the Role Long Term Care Operations 360 is looking for a compassionate and dedicated CNA/Medication Aid to join our caring team at The Gardenias in Hampton, GA. We are hiring for all three 8-hour shifts. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents every single day. Responsibilities Provide direct personal care and assistance to residents, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility support Administer medications accurately and on schedule in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols Monitor and document residents' health status, vital signs, and any changes in condition Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and ensuring proper nutrition and hydration for residents Communicate effectively with nursing staff, physicians, and family members regarding resident care needs Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all residents Follow all long-term care regulations, HIPAA guidelines, and facility policies Requirements Active and valid CNA certification in the state of Georgia Medication Aid certification or willingness to obtain upon hire Prior experience in a long-term care, skilled nursing, or assisted living facility preferred Strong knowledge of medication administration procedures and documentation Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-centered approach Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Compassionate, reliable, and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic About Us Long Term Care Operations 360 is a trusted provider of quality care services dedicated to enhancing the lives of residents in the Hampton, GA community.
