Internal Account Manager

We're looking for an Internal Account Manager to own client relationships at Hire Overseas, a fast-moving offshore staffing and HR platform placing vetted global talent into U.S. companies. You will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, keeping placements on track, resolving issues before they escalate, and ensuring clients stay engaged and satisfied long after the initial hire.This is a small business. There is no large team behind you and no playbook for every situation. You will have a high degree of ownership and autonomy, which means you make real decisions, handle real problems, and have a direct impact on whether clients stay and grow.
