wWe are seeking a detail-oriented Collections Representative to support a high-volume Client Banking team within a large, established organization specializing in claims and financial operations. This role is focused on the recovery of outstanding balances tied to claims and involves consistent interaction with claimants and internal systems to ensure accurate and timely resolution of unpaid funds
