Position Title: Customer Service Representative / Call Center Representative
Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional, customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, process orders, and provide exceptional service while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer calls in a timely and courteous manner.
- Make outbound calls as needed for follow-up, scheduling, surveys, or account updates.
- Assist customers with questions, concerns, and product/service information.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the company database or CRM system.
- Process orders, payments, refunds, and account updates.
- Meet performance goals for call quality, attendance, and productivity.
- Maintain customer confidentiality and comply with company policies.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve customer satisfaction.
- Follow established procedures and scripts while providing personalized service.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service, call center, receptionist, or administrative experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and data entry.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional phone etiquette and active listening skills.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with CRM software.
- Strong typing and data-entry skills.
- Ability to handle difficult customer situations professionally.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus.
