HVAC Installer

Location: Fort Collins, CO

Schedule: Monday through Friday, day shift with overtime on occasion

Pay: $35-45/hour

What You'll Do:

• Install residential heating and cooling equipment alongside experienced team members
• Learn proper installation techniques while following manufacturer specifications and local codes
• Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout each project
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Safely operate hand tools and power tools
• Load, unload, and care for company equipment and materials
• Support the installation team to complete projects on schedule
• Continue developing your technical skills through paid training and mentorship

Experienced Installers will have:

• 2+ years of experience in HVAC installation
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• EPA Universal Certification, preferred
• Strong knowledge of HVAC industry best practices and building code
• Ability to operate power and hand tools safely
• Knowledge of building science principles is a major plus but not required; one must be willing to learn
