HR Analyst / HR Generalist

We are seeking an experienced HR Analyst / HR Generalist to provide comprehensive human resources support for day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate will assist with recruitment, onboarding, employee transactions, payroll and timekeeping coordination, employee inquiries, and offboarding.

The candidate will work closely with HR leadership, employees, hiring managers, and HR partners to ensure accurate and timely delivery of HR services while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with established policies and procedures.

• Process and track HR transactions, including hires, promotions, transfers, separations, retirements, and employee position changes.
• Support recruitment activities, including job postings, hiring documentation, interview materials, and coordination with hiring managers.
• Coordinate new employee onboarding, orientation, required documentation, and follow-up activities.
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and tracking tools.
• Respond to employee and manager inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, benefits, leave, payroll, and other HR programs.
• Coordinate employee separation and offboarding processes.
• Assist with payroll and timekeeping coordination to ensure accurate and timely processing.
• Support HR projects, process improvements, employee communications, and other HR initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of HR activities.
• Provide professional customer service while handling confidential and sensitive employee information.
• Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Professional or paraprofessional HR experience may substitute for the required education on a year-for-year basis, up to a maximum of four years.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally.

• Experience in HR operations, HR administration, or HR generalist functions.
• Knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and offboarding.
• Familiarity with payroll and timekeeping coordination.
• Experience responding to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR information systems.

• Hybrid work environment: 2 5 days per week in the office.
• Work Location: Downtown Nashville, Davidson County, Tennessee.
