Job Description: Contract - RN - Emergency Room (780) - 13 weeks - days, no on call req.

Number of Beds: 48 private rooms, 27 hallway stretchers, 9 Fast track, 5 behavioral health

Number of Staff: 111

Type of Staff: Day Shift Charge +11, additional mid-shifts (9a,11a,1p,3p). 2 PCTs, 1 Paramedic, 1 LVN

Night Shift: Same as above

Patient Ratios: 1:4 ED, 1:5 BH, 1:3 cardiac/trauma

Type of Equipment: Alaris pumps, Belmont and Level 1 Rapid infusers, Stryker stretchers

EMR: MEDITECH

Typical Hiring Profile:

Skill Set Most Recruited For: Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters

Must Have: ACLS, BLS, ENPC, TNCC, NIHSS

Preferred or Nice to Have: Meditech experience, Trauma experience, Holding inpatient experience, CPI

List Typical Procedures Performed on Unit(s): Splinting, EKGs, central monitoring, trauma assists, central lines, airway support, behavioral health de-escalation, morganlens, rapid infuser, resuscitation
