Talent Acquisition Specialist

Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a CONTRACT assignment with one of our premier Consumer Products clients in Tampa , FL .

• Job Description/Responsibilities : Support job posting preparation, candidate coordination, stakeholder communication, documentation of hiring requirements, scheduling activities, and maintaining recruiting process compliance.
  • Required experience
    • 3-5 years experience supporting recruitment, talent acquisition, HR operations, or a related field.
    • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
    • Experience coordinating multiple priorities and managing detailed processes.
    • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office tools.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Nice to have skills (but not required)
    • Experience working in a corporate recruiting environment.
    • Knowledge of recruiting compliance requirements.
    • Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholder
