DESCRIPTION: 

We are a local wholesaler based in Kalihi. This year marks our 50th year in business. We are looking for a full time office clerk who is energetic and self motivated with excellent attention to detail. Must be able to multi task and work in a fast pace environment.  

HOURS: 
Full time — 6:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (Monday – Thursday), every Friday OFF

JOB DUTIES: 

• Answering phones
• Input inbound and outbound orders
• Invoicing
• Reply customer inquiries via phone and email
• Process paperwork, filing and general clerical work

 

SKILLS THAT WILL HELP:

• Computer literate
• 10-Key
• Working Knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Word
• Be able to use office equipment: copy machine, fax, etc.
• Be able to communicate with customers in a professional manner
• Able to multi-task and work in fast paced environment
• Must be organized and efficient with their time
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous office experience preferred
