Contract Leave Specialist - FMLA/ADA & Canada
IGS Energy
IGS Energy is seeking a Leave Partner (Contractor) to manage day-to-day leave cases for US and Canadian employees in a high-volume, high-energy setting. You will serve as the primary contact from request through return to work, ensuring accuracy, change adaptability, and exceptional employee experiences. The role requires at least 3 years of leave administration experience (including Canadian leaves) and strong knowledge of US leave laws, with data entry in HRIS and coordination with external #J-18808-Ljbffr IGS Energy
