Connecticut and Rhode Island Licensed Medicare Sales Agent

Seeking a Connecticut and Rhode Island Licensed Medicare Sales Agent, the full-time remote position will manage inbound calls from prospective members, consult on insurance needs, and assist in completing enrollment applications while achieving sales performance goals. Key responsibilities Answer incoming calls and convert inquiries into qualified leads and sales Follow up with members regarding product questions and assist in enrollment applications Demonstrate product knowledge and navigate multiple systems to document member information Required qualifications High School Diploma/GED or 4+ years of customer service/sales experience Current and active Health Insurance license in Connecticut or Rhode Island 1+ years of recent sales experience utilizing a health insurance license or a bachelor's degree Ability to work scheduled shifts with flexibility for overtime and weekends Current residence in Connecticut or Rhode Island
