What You’ll Take On Evaluate complex construction risks, turning data, exposure analysis and market insight into confident underwriting decisions that support profitable growth. Partner with brokers to build trusted relationships, uncover new opportunities and deliver solutions that balance customer needs with strong risk selection. Use financial, claims and portfolio intelligence to identify emerging trends, improve performance and strengthen underwriting outcomes. Support the development of a high-quality construction portfolio, helping to manage catastrophe exposures, aggregations and concentration risks with disciplined judgement. Collaborate across underwriting, risk, claims and operations teams to solve challenges, improve decision-making and create lasting commercial impact.
