ServiceNow Developer/Administrator

A ServiceNow Developer/Administrator position in Cincinnati, OH 45215 is currently available through Belcan for a key aerospace client. In this fast‑paced Agile environment, you will administer and support multiple FedRamp ServiceNow instances to meet the unique business needs of users and stakeholders. You will work with architects, business analysts, developers, product owners and other stakeholders to understand and provide solutions across the ServiceNow Platform, performing production support, incident resolution, and troubleshooting. Active Secret Clearance is required for this opportunity. Responsibilities Configure and develop on the ServiceNow platform including routine changes or configuration and adjustments as requested. Provision, install, configure, operate and maintain the ServiceNow platform. Perform daily, weekly, and monthly system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of ServiceNow applications. Collaborate with Platform and Delivery teams to perform ServiceNow upgrades and patching; coordinate system updates across different instances and ensure latest patches and configuration changes. Assist with report configuration, dashboards, and maintenance; perform operational administrative tasks as needed. Collaborate with teammates to conduct code reviews, discuss new developments and projects, and mentor junior admins/developers. Support administration for production and non‑prod instances. Collaborate with Production Support and ServiceNow Operation teams to monitor support cases. Document administrative processes and issue resolution. Work with business line stakeholders to develop clear requirements. Participate in daily scrum meetings and other Agile ceremonies. Perform daily administration, issue resolution, and troubleshooting of the ServiceNow platform for reported problems across all instances. Required Qualifications 3+ years’ experience with ServiceNow Platform Administration. 3+ years of experience with application domains such as Incident, Problem, Change Management, Knowledge, Service Catalog, ITOM/CMDB. Current ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) certification. Strong experience in system administration and JavaScript. Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. Experience diagnosing performance‑related issues. Agile experience. Priority consideration for candidates with a current ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) for SPM and/or APM certification. US citizenship is a requirement. Active Secret Clearance. Preferred Qualifications & Skills ServiceNow Development and Administration/Integration experience. ServiceNow Certified Application Developer. ITIL v3 or ITIL v4 certification. Compensation Competitive pay in the range of $95,000 to $115,000, with benefits that may include health care, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), education assistance, paid time off, holidays and other leave required by law.
