In this Occupational Therapist role, you will help support students in reaching greater independence and functional success through individualized therapeutic care. Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students and develop occupational therapy treatment plans based on functional abilities and goals.
• Provide therapy services in accordance with IFSP/IEP plans and agency guidelines.
• Support development of daily living skills including feeding, dressing, hygiene, fine motor, and sensory skills.
• Monitor student progress and document therapy outcomes and recommendations.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, evaluations, and case reviews.
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals involved in each student's care.
• Refer students to additional clinical services when appropriate.
• Design or adapt assistive devices such as splints or braces when needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation, attendance records, and therapy reports.
• Assist with program development, staff training, and supervision of Occupational Therapy students or assistants when required.
