Lead Software Engineer Full Stack DeveloperWells Fargo is seeking a Lead Software Engineer Full stack developer to join our Enterprise Function Technology team.In this role, you will:Lead complex technology initiatives including those that are companywide with broad impactAct as a key participant in developing standards and companywide best practices for engineering complex and large-scale technology solutions for technology engineering disciplinesDesign, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programsReview and analyze complex, large-scale technology solutions for tactical and strategic business objectives, enterprise technological environment, and technical challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented technical factorsMake decisions in developing standard and companywide best practices for engineering and technology solutions requiring understanding of industry best practices and new technologies, influencing and leading technology team to meet deliverables and drive new initiativesCollaborate and consult with key technical experts, senior technology team, and external industry groups to resolve complex technical issues and achieve goalsLead projects, teams, or serve as a peer mentorRequired Qualifications:5+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education5+ years of Software Engineering experience, with a strong focus on Java/Spring development4 years of experience with React4+ years of experience in Python4+ years of experience in Angular1-year experience with Lang Graph1 year with multi-agent orchestration systemsDesired Qualifications:2+ years of experience Kafka/S3/Dremio/Vault/EPLX2+ years of experience with PySpark2+ years of experience working in an Agile working environment2+ years of experience with Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP)2+ years of experience developing or deploying AI?powered tools, chatbots, LLM?based automation, or agentic workflows, including understanding of AI risks, observability needs, and stakeholder communication2+ years of experience in Financial IndustryExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure.Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex technical problems.Job Expectations:Ability to work on-site at approved location listedRelocation assistance is not available for this positionAbility to travel up to 10% of the timeAbility to work off hours and weekends as per business needsPay RangeReflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location.
