You’ll get to:* Lead assigned products through the full lifecycle, including planning, development support, launch execution, in-market management, and end-of-life actions where applicable.* Support product line and portfolio planning by identifying opportunities to improve competitiveness, strengthen assortment, and address customer and end-user needs.* Gather and apply market, customer, end-user, and competitive insights to inform product decisions, positioning, and portfolio recommendations.* Partner with engineering, operations, quality, sourcing, sales, and marketing teams to help define requirements and deliver products that meet customer expectations and business objectives.* Support new product development and commercialization efforts, helping ensure readiness across functions and alignment to timing, quality, and cost expectations.* Contribute to launch planning and execution, including internal coordination, product content, training support, and go-to-market readiness.* Monitor portfolio performance using sales, margin, market, and customer feedback data, and recommend actions to improve business results.* Support pricing analysis, business case development, and other financial evaluations tied to new and existing products.* Identify opportunities to improve portfolio health through cost optimization, complexity reduction, and lifecycle actions.* Prepare clear recommendations, presentations, and updates for internal stakeholders and business reviews.* Collaborate effectively with North America-based partners while working with global teams to support broader product and business objectives.**The Person:**You love to learn and grow and be acknowledged for your valuable contributions.
