Salary: $100,000 – $130,000

• Lead all HR functions including compensation, benefits, payroll, and compliance
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes for all positions
• Develop, maintain, and update HR policies, procedures, and handbooks
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and accrediting agency requirements
• Manage HR systems, workers’ compensation, and retirement plan administration
• Supervise the Payroll Manager and related processes
Qualifications for the Director of Human Resources:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, finance, management, or related field
• 5+ years of progressive HR and benefits experience
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and compliance
• Prior experience managing employees; independent school experience preferred #INMAY2026
