SpringHill Suites by Marriott is looking for a dependable Night Auditor to keep our hotel running smoothly while the rest of the world sleeps.This role is the perfect mix of guest service and behind-the-scenes operations. You'll welcome late-arriving guests, help anyone who needs assistance overnight, and complete the nightly financial audit that prepares the hotel for the next day.If you're someone who takes pride in doing things right, can work independently, and shows up when you're scheduled, we'd love to meet you.What You'll DoWelcome late-night guests and provide friendly, professional service Handle check-ins, check-outs, and guest requests overnightComplete the hotel's nightly audit and balance daily transactions Run reports and prepare the property for the morning team Keep the lobby and front desk area clean and welcoming Monitor the property overnight and ensure a safe environment for guests Communicate important notes for the morning management teamWhat Makes a Great Night AuditorReliable and punctual - the overnight team counts on youComfortable working independently and staying productive overnightFriendly and professional with guests at all timesDetail-oriented and organizedBasic computer skills and willingness to learn hotel systemsPrevious hotel or customer service experience is helpful but not requiredScheduleThis position works overnight shifts ( 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).Applicants must be comfortable working overnights, weekends, and holidays as needed.Why Work at SpringHill Suites?SpringHill Suites by Marriott is an all-suite hotel designed for travelers who want space to relax and recharge.
