Social Worker - Intake Therapist – Behavioral Health Urgent Care

Southgate, MI

Pay $29– $39/hour Pay depends on experience
Grant-based compensation (non-negotiable)

 

Schedule

• Mon–Thurs: 8:30 AM – 7:00 PM
• Fri: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Some evenings/weekends required
• Part-time flexibility available

 

Required Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling
• Active Michigan Full License required:
• • LMSW
  • LLP
  • LPC

 

• Minimum 1 year post-master’s mental health experience
• Experience working with adults, children, and individuals with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities
• Crisis intervention experience preferred

 

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct intake assessments and crisis evaluations
• Develop treatment and safety plans
• Coordinate referrals and ongoing services
• Complete documentation within required timelines
• Provide person-centered behavioral health support
