Recruiting Coordinator Location: Memphis, TN (Onsite - In Office Daily) About the Role We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support a growing talent acquisition team. This role serves as the primary point of coordination throughout the hiring process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced environment, excels at managing multiple priorities, and is passionate about delivering an outstanding candidate experience. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers. Manage candidate communications throughout the recruiting process, including interview confirmations, follow‑ups, and status updates. Assist recruiters with candidate sourcing, applicant tracking, and pipeline management. Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Prepare offer letters, onboarding documentation, and pre‑employment paperwork. Conduct reference checks, background screening coordination, and employment verification activities. Assist with job posting management across job boards, company websites, and social media platforms. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive candidate and employee information. Qualifications 1-3 years of recruiting coordination, HR, administrative, or talent acquisition experience. Strong organizational and time‑management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite. High attention to detail and accuracy. Professional, customer‑service‑oriented approach when interacting with candidates and hiring managers. Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred but not required. Preferred Experience Experience supporting high‑volume recruiting initiatives. Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or other sourcing platforms. Exposure to onboarding, HR administration, or talent acquisition processes. Experience working in staffing, recruiting, human resources, or professional services environments. Compensation & Benefits Compensation for this role is determined by factors such as skill set, experience, location, and business needs. The salary range for this position is disclosed in accordance with local law. Eligible candidates may also receive discretionary bonuses and participate in medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) retirement plan.
