Recruiting Coordinator

Job Description We’re looking for highly organized, detail-oriented individuals with strong coordination skills to support a fast-paced talent acquisition team. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring a seamless interview process and delivering a high-quality candidate experience from initial scheduling through final stages. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, high-growth environment, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and can balance competing priorities while maintaining a strong focus on organization and communication. Responsibilities Coordinate and manage onsite, phone, and virtual interviews in a fast-paced environment Schedule interviews and handle candidate logistics accurately and efficiently Partner closely with candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams to provide a high-touch, professional experience Serve as a central point of coordination to ensure smooth communication across all stakeholders Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data within the applicant tracking system (ATS) Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and support implementation of process enhancements Assist with special projects and ad hoc initiatives to support the broader recruiting function We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
