Director, Supplier Management, Operations & Portfolio Management

Revolution Medicines seeks a Director of Supplier Management to lead drug substance manufacturing operations and strategic sourcing initiatives. This role manages the global network of contract manufacturers, oversees CMO lifecycle management, and ensures reliable supply of pharmaceutical materials across development and commercial stages.

Responsibilities

• Manage Revolution Medicines' global network of drug substance and raw material manufacturers
• Lead CMO identification, selection, onboarding, startup, and ongoing performance management
• Coordinate weekly site leadership meetings with CMOs to ensure timely production and successful execution
• Drive issue resolution, risk identification, and mitigation planning across manufacturing network
• Create and manage supplier contracts, pricing requests, and supply agreements with stakeholder alignment

Requirements

• Scientific background with pharmaceutical development or manufacturing experience
• Expertise in contract manufacturer (CMO) management and lifecycle programs
• Strong project management and cross-functional leadership capabilities
• Supply chain planning, capacity planning, and sourcing experience
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical quality systems, regulatory agreements, and compliance
• Relationship management and negotiation skills with external partners
