Job Description Join our team as a night shift, full time (1900–0730), RN, at INTEGRIS Health Baptist Hospital, Oklahoma City, OK. The Staff Registered Nurse assumes responsibility for the management and delivery of patient care utilizing the nursing process. The position may require floating to other units, participating in on‑call status, and performing population‑specific competencies. Responsibilities Assessment and re‑assessments Development of the plan of care Implementation of appropriate patient care interventions Evaluation of appropriate patient care interventions Supervise and coordinate licensed and non‑licensed personnel in the provision of care to patients as assigned Provide guidance and mentorship to non‑licensed personnel and students as appropriate The Staff Registered Nurse reports to the appropriate manager, director, or vice president. For mental health staff, assist with physical restraint of patients using the designated Behavior Management Technique System. This position may have additional or varied physical demands and/or respiratory fit test requirements. Must follow standard precautions and be prepared for potential exposure to infections, communicable diseases, blood and body fluids, electrical equipment, and chemicals. Qualifications Required Qualifications RN (Registered Nurse) licensure in Oklahoma or a current multistate license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) member state. BLS (Basic Life Support) issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association within 30 days of hire. (Hospice only: CPR required in lieu of BLS.) Other certifications and competencies required based on service line skills. Valid driver’s license, dependable transportation, and proof of automobile liability insurance as required by service line.
