Registered Nurse – Critical CareSchedule: DaysAssignment Details:Contract Length: 13 weeksGuaranteed Hours: 40Requirements:Current RN license in New HampshireBLS certificationACLS certification required (except for specific departments)3 years critical care experience preferredBasic Dysrhythmia knowledge preferredNHISS certification preferred or to be obtained prior to completion of orientationCrisis Prevention Institute (CPI) training preferred or to be obtained prior to completion of orientationGraduate of an approved nursing program preferredResponsibilities:Provide professional nursing care to patients in critical care settings.Ensure compliance with unit-specific competencies for critically ill patients.Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure comprehensive clinical documentation.Communicate patient information effectively for continuity of care.Maintain a safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff.Collaborate with team members and assist in resolution of conflicts.Support nursing students and participate in peer review.Compliance / Notes:Up to 16 hours of orientation will be unpaid.
