Human Resources Representative

Summary: Location: Carlisle, PA Duration: 6 Months Mon-Fri 8-5pm Responsibilities: Provide Human Resources support and services to six non-union facilities. Handle employee relations and HR administration. Assist in recruiting and hourly production recruiting. Address employee questions and concerns. Provide guidance to supervisors on policy and program compliance. Engage in employee engagement activities. Manage filing and records retention. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of HR experience. Proficiency in MS Office. Confidentiality and integrity. Self-starter, motivated, and independent worker. Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills. Ability to lead and embrace change. Preferred Skills: Experience with Kronos.
