Job Role: Site Reliability Engineer with AI / Senior AI Platform Support Engineer

Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)

Mode of Hiring: Full-Time

Mandatory Skills: AI/Generative AI, Kubernetes, LangChain, Linux - Openshift, LLMOps

Good to Have Skills: LLM Based Models, ServiceNow ITSM

Exp Needed: 8+Years

Job Description:

Required Qualifications

8 years of experience in Production Support SRE Platform Engineering DevOps or Application Support roles
Strong understanding of Generative AI LLMs and AI Agent ecosystems
Hands-on experience with cloud native technologies and enterprise infrastructure platforms
Strong networking fundamentals and troubleshooting expertise
Excellent analytical communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments
