Title: Senior Site Reliability Engineer

Location: Charlotte, NC (Onsite)

Experience: 12+ Years

Note: A Senior-level SRE / DevOps Engineer with strong hands-on PagerDuty expertise who can lead the migration from Moogsoft to PagerDuty, redesign incident management workflows, configure event orchestration, and integrate existing observability/monitoring tools.

Primary recruiting priorities:

• Deep hands-on PagerDuty experience, including architectural design, event routing, and advanced configuration.
\n
• Experience with Moogsoft, particularly clustering, Situation Room, and ingestion logic.
\n
• Strong understanding of observability/monitoring ecosystems and how monitoring platforms integrate with incident management.
\n
• Experience integrating tools such as Datadog, New Relic, Splunk, and AWS CloudWatch with incident management platforms.
\n
• Experience configuring PagerDuty Event Orchestration, deduplication, and alert suppression.
\n
• Ability to build incident response workflows, on-call schedules, escalation policies, and ChatOps integrations.
\n
• Scripting proficiency in Python, Bash, or Go for PagerDuty API/custom integrations.
\n
• Terraform/IaC experience for PagerDuty configuration is highly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing PagerDuty configurations using Terraform / Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
\n
