The IT Administrator will provide first-level technical support to our team, ensuring timely resolution of IT-related issues and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. They will be responsible for resolving technical issues via phone, email, and in-person support. This role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, and network problems, documenting incidents, and escalating complex issues to senior members of the IT team as appropriate. Job requirements 3-5 years of experience in IT administration, system support, or network management. Basic knowledge of Windows and Linux environments, networking protocols, and cloud services. Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and virtualization technologies. Strong troubleshooting skills and eagerness to learn new technologies. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications are a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Job responsibilities Assist in maintaining IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud systems. Support system security and compliance efforts by following industry best practices. Perform routine system updates, patches, and backups to ensure data integrity and system reliability. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, escalating complex problems when needed. Help administer enterprise applications, including Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and virtualization platforms. Participate in IT projects, such as system upgrades and deployments. Document IT processes, troubleshooting steps, and system configurations. Provide technical support to employees and assist in resolving IT-related queries. Collaborate with vendors and service providers under senior IT team supervision. Compensation Total Compensation package may be inclusive of annual incentive bonus, equity (long-term incentive).
