Express Employment Professionals is seeking an energetic and customer-focused Sales Associate for one of our valued retail clients. If you enjoy helping customers, working in a fast-paced environment, and being part of a friendly team, this is a great opportunity for you.

What You'll Do

Greet customers and provide outstanding customer service
Assist shoppers in finding products and offer helpful recommendations
Maintain product knowledge and stay informed on current inventory
Accurately process sales transactions using a POS system
Stock shelves, restock merchandise, and maintain displays
Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and well-presented
Handle customer questions, returns, and exchanges
Support store promotions and sales activities
Work collaboratively with team members and management

What We're Looking For

Retail or customer service experience preferred
Friendly, positive attitude and strong communication skills
Ability to stand, move, and handle light merchandise throughout the shift
Reliable, punctual, and flexible for evenings or weekends as needed
Basic computer or POS system experience is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent
