About the Role The Project Manager is responsible for post‑sales coordination, implementation, control, and completion of data center projects, aligning with the organization’s strategy and commitments. What You’ll Do Plan and implement projects after sales completion. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with stakeholders. Define tasks and required resources, ensuring availability and allocation. Meet with key partners during production stages. Create project timelines and schedules. Track deliverables using appropriate tools and techniques. Support the data center engineering and sales team. Monitor and track project performance. Monitor production, delivery, and construction issues on site as needed. Implement and manage changes when necessary to meet project outputs. Evaluate and assess project results. Maintain awareness of individual contribution to quality, safety, environmental, and product compliance policies and activities; report all quality issues, unsafe acts, and unsafe conditions. Remain compliant with the Code of Conduct and Kingspan Group Compliance Policy. Ensure duties related to product compliance adhere to the Product Compliance Policy, laws, regulations, and market demands. Achieve compliance goals and demands of the Compliance Management System. Raise concerns related to the Compliance Management System to supervisors, managers, leadership, or the confidential whistleblower service. What You’ll Bring 3–5 years of experience in construction, manufacturing, or general industry. Project Management Professional (PMP) qualification or equivalent desired. Theoretical and practical project management knowledge. Project manager experience. Experience in strategic planning, risk management, and/or change management a plus. Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed. Competency Excellent critical thinking and problem‑solving skills. Excellent decision making and leadership capabilities. Adaptability. Tolerance for stress and fast‑paced change‑driven environment. Employee Benefits Pay range: $90,000 to $120,000 USD, eligible for discretionary bonus.
