Fiagon NA, LLC , is a leading innovator in ENT (Ear, Nose, & Throat) navigation technology, changing the way surgery is performed. We are seeking a Quality Assurance Technician for our White Bear Lake, Minnesota location. With our technical focus and emphasis on customer satisfaction, we hire professionals that use analytical and data-driven problem solving to continuously improve our products and processes.

The candidate will use organizational and leadership skills, interfacing directly with a cross-functional team of production staff, engineering, and operations to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality products for our customers.

The responsibilities of this position include:

·         Preparation of engineering and test samples

·         Receiving and inspection of incoming raw materials

·         Recording test results and comparing to acceptance criteria

·         Printing and verification of finished product labeling

·         Product Lot Folder review/approval

·         Support of equipment installation and qualification activities

·         Assist in the development of internal and supplier-based quality plans

Qualifications:

·         2+ year degree preferred

·         Clean room experience preferred

·         Good communication skills, both verbal and written

·         Strong attention to detail

·         Excellent data collection skills

·         Able to work in a fast-paced environment

·         Previous experience in performing inspection and quality control activities

·         Familiar with geometric dimensioning and tolerancing

·         Familiar with the use of measurement tools

·         Self-starter, able to track and prioritize work based on the needs of the organization
