Requirements 3-5+ years of maintenance experience in property management or a related field Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and general maintenance EPA certification required (HVAC and/or CPO certification preferred) Proven leadership and team management experience Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and problem-solving skills Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to manage vendors, maintenance budgets, and multiple priorities Commitment to safety standards and regulatory compliance Job Duties Lead and oversee daily maintenance operations for a residential community Schedule and perform preventive maintenance to maximize property upkeep Diagnose and complete HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, and general building repairs Respond to resident maintenance requests promptly and professionally Conduct inspections of apartment homes, common areas, and community grounds Manage maintenance vendors, inventory, supplies, and department budgets Train, coach, and support maintenance team members Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company maintenance standards Maintain a clean, safe, and well-maintained living environment for residents Why This Job?
