Position Overview

A growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) is seeking a motivated Level 1 IT Technician to join its team. This position is ideal for an entry-level IT professional looking to gain hands-on experience supporting clients with technology, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, and day-to-day technical support. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, eager to learn, and passionate about technology.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and ticketing systems
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, Microsoft 365, printer, and connectivity issues
• Set up and deploy desktops, laptops, and user accounts
• Document, update, and manage support tickets
• Escalate complex issues to senior technicians when necessary
• Maintain accurate client and support documentation
• Deliver exceptional customer service and timely issue resolution

Qualifications

• 1+ year of IT support or help desk experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, and networking fundamentals
• Familiarity with Active Directory and user account management is a plus
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
