Product Growth Manager

Role & responsibilities Develop and execute product growth strategies aligned with business objectives and product goals. Own key growth metrics across the customer lifecycle, including acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, conversion, and monetization. Identify growth opportunities through customer research, product analytics, market trends, and competitive analysis. Analyze user journeys and product funnels to identify drop-off points and opportunities for improvement. Design, prioritize, and execute growth experiments, A/B tests, and product-led growth initiatives. Work closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Design, Data, and Customer Success teams to drive measurable growth. Develop strategies to improve user acquisition, onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, and customer lifetime value. Monitor product and growth KPIs and translate data insights into actionable product and business decisions. Lead customer segmentation, cohort analysis, behavioral analysis, and lifecycle optimization initiatives. Develop and optimize monetization, pricing, upselling, cross-selling, and conversion strategies. Collaborate with product teams to identify and prioritize features and improvements that can drive growth. Build dashboards, reports, and growth models to track performance and communicate results to leadership. Evaluate the effectiveness of growth channels, campaigns, and product initiatives and continuously optimize them. Stay updated on emerging product growth trends, technologies, tools, and industry best practices. Preferred candidate profile 5 to 10 years of experience in Product Growth, Product Management, Growth Marketing, Product Strategy, or a similar role. Proven track record of driving measurable improvements in acquisition, activation, retention, engagement, conversion, or revenue. Strong understanding of product-led growth, customer lifecycle management, growth funnels, and experimentation frameworks. Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with proficiency in SQL and product analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics, or similar platforms. Hands-on experience designing and evaluating A/B tests, experiments, customer segmentation, cohort analysis, and funnel optimization. Strong understanding of user behavior, customer journeys, retention strategies, monetization, and conversion rate optimization. Experience working closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Design, and Data teams. Ability to translate complex data and customer insights into clear growth strategies and actionable recommendations. Strong understanding of digital marketing, CRM, marketing automation, and customer engagement channels. Excellent problem-solving, strategic thinking, communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills. Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced, data-driven environments and manage multiple growth initiatives simultaneously. Experience with SaaS, consumer technology, e-commerce, fintech, marketplace, or other digital products is an advantage. Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or relevant product/growth certifications are preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
