Responsibilities
- Grow the network: Make the feed a core driver of new user signups through viral loops and shareable content.
- Optimize the ranking algorithm: Tune feed ranking to show the most engaging, relevant content — driving likes, replies, and posts.
- Drive engagement loops: Build notification systems, email campaigns, and in-product features that create meaningful daily touchpoints.
- Experiment and iterate: Test content formats, layouts, and engagement mechanics to find what keeps users coming back.
- Measure what matters: Define and track metrics that tie feed health to growth — activation, retention, DAU/MAU, and conversion.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with data, design, and engineering to run rapid A/B tests and ship high-impact improvements.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in growth, engagement, or social products.
- Strong analytical mindset — comfortable digging into data and defining success metrics.
- Experience working on feeds, recommendation systems, or ranking algorithms.
- Deep understanding of content ecosystems, network effects, and retention loops.
- Fast, hypothesis-driven, collaborative, and eager to experiment.
- Empathy for creators and curiosity about how they connect, share, and grow.
- Ownership mindset — able to execute from end-to-end without resource constraints.
