Dub Product ManagerFounded in 2021 in NYC, dub is building the first social investing marketplace by providing a simple way to share, reward, and invest alongside the best portfolios and minds in asset management. dub's innovative copy-trading platform gives fund managers, financial experts, and regular investors a simple way to make their investment wisdom actionable for regular individuals and distribute it.We've recently raised a $30M Series A funding round from visionaries who support our mission. Our institutional investors include Notable Capital, Neo, Tusk Ventures Partners, and Slow Venture, and our angels consist of partners from Sequoia and A16Z, Sandberg Bernthal Venture Partners, and the current or former CEO/Founders of Uber, Airbnb, Robinhood, Morgan Stanley Smith Barney, and TIAA.About the RoleAs one of dub's first product managers, you will lead the charge of transforming our recently launched product from a great investing app to a billion-user fintech platform. You will be given immense autonomy and ownership to focus on growing our user base and revenue, while working closely with dub's founder, execs, and early team. You will be expected to approach your role with grit, intensity, and strong passion for democratizing asset management for the average American. We want everyone to do the best work of our lives at dub and to learn immensely everyday.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for innovating new features to drive core KPIsQuickly identify product improvement areas and launch tests to validate improvementWork with executive team to determine product priorities per month/quarterRun user interviews, prioritize feedback, and develop a deep relationship & understanding of all customer typesManage and plan product roadmap and engineering release cyclesDesign and operate product and metrics dashboardsWork with engineering team to ship fast and QAWork with design team on shipping new featuresWork with marketing on product marketing efforts and customer attribution trackingDrive a culture of moving quickly based on data driven decisionsQualificationsWorked at early stage startups to launch and grow products (Preferably Seed/Series A)2+ years leading product initiatives as the directly responsible individualExperience shipping growth featuresExperience owning P&L / accountable to revenue goalsExperience optimizing KYC and fintech onboarding flowsExperience with project management tools (we use Linear)Strong design sense and preferably Figma skillsWorked in consumer fintech or investing companiesStrong data analytics skills, leveraging metrics tools from MixPanel to running SQL queriesPassionate about finance and investingWhat We OfferCompetitive salary ranging from $100k-$200k, commensurate with experience and geography to include equity100% paid health insurance for employees with partial coverage for dependentsTime away, including company holidays and unlimited PTOLively office environment with fully stocked snacks, coffee, espresso, and other perksJob NotesThis is a hybrid role and ask that you come to the NYC office 3 or more times a week.You must be authorized to work in the US (we do not provide visa sponsorship at this time)
