Employment Paralegal | Hybrid in LA

We are seeking an experienced Employment Paralegal to join a sophisticated plaintiff-side litigation practice focused on employment and complex class-action matters. This is an excellent opportunity for a paralegal who enjoys being deeply involved in litigation and wants meaningful exposure to employment class actions, wage & hour matters, PAGA/FLSA claims, legal research, briefing and trial support . What You'll Do Support attorneys on employment and class-action litigation Conduct legal research and assist with case preparation Perform cite-checking and prepare Tables of Authorities and Tables of Contents Assist with drafting and finalizing briefs and other litigation documents Prepare and coordinate state and federal court filings Assist with trial preparation and trial support What We're Looking For 2+ years of paralegal experience Experience supporting employment law litigation Strong preference for class-action employment experience Familiarity with wage & hour, PAGA, FLSA or related employment matters Experience with cite-checking, TOAs/TOCs and finalizing briefs Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a litigation-focused environment.
