Job Description An Insight Global client is looking to hire for Customer Care Specialists to join a high-volume contact center environment supporting customer interactions within a banking/financial services setting. This role is focused on delivering a strong customer experience while efficiently resolving inquiries across multiple systems. Responsibilities include handling inbound calls, navigating various internal systems to resolve customer issues, and maintaining performance against established service-level expectations. Individuals in this role will be expected to take full ownership of each interaction, exercising sound judgment and identifying the best resolution for the customer.
